| Dick's Review | The show itself is nothing particularly exceptional. Almost every tune is done normally or adequately and you can hear everybody very nicely. But nothing really stands out at least as of these 1st few listenings. I am sure the 11/7/71 and 12/2 & 5/71 shows will stand up better over the years. One thing though, Keith is just beginning with the band and you can definitely hear him making his entrance felt. Over the years he has played more and more efficiently but here he just keeps roaring! Also this is surely one of the 1st times they played Comes A Time and some of the words are different. As is usual, during these earlier years, there is considerable talk between the band and the audience. |
