Dick's Review | The performance is pretty nice with renditions bouncing along with typical (for this period in time, anyway!) gusto. | |

Dick's 2nd Review | Good Lovin' is savage in it’s attack and pace. Just about to the end of the Good Lovin' with Pig Pen. This one isn’t as intense as the European versions the following months, but it is easily the highlight so far of this average show. Not Fade Away is nice to hear at this frantic pace. Unfortunately, there isn’t much to the opening segment (3 min) of this tune. Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad is nothing to write home about either. Even one of my favorite parts (transition) back to Not Fade Away is sloppy or without redeeming value. The final closing chords to Not Fade Away actually feel more exciting than anything previous in the show (other than Good Lovin') |
