| Dick's Review | The 1st set is nothing much although it isn’t shabby either. Maybe it is my mood but I found it difficult to find anything really worthy of a red star. The jam section following the percussion jam (anything that has more than just traps will henceforth be called a percussion jam) is actually the first thing that has caught my attention. The Other One is uneventful but has some nice playing as it fades into the 2nd jam section which is quite nice and sounds as if they considered going back into Playin' In The Band but instead fall into one of the nice surprises of the tour, ie China Doll. I almost forgot to mention the highlight, of a rather average show, was Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain which had more than your usual amount of excitement. |
