Dick's Review | The performance itself clearly isn’t as noticeable as in Seattle but it is again much better than the next show in Portland. The 1st set is pretty dull except for a nice version of The Music Never Stopped. Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain is easily the hottest thing so far. The percussion jam is the next thing that caught my attention. In this case it has a really fine transition into Not Fade Away which is the highlight of this show. Black Peter is pretty nice. |
