Dick's Review | I remember this show being the most intense of the three. The opening medley is short and uninspiring with none of the usual rushes to be found usually in those 2 tunes. A rare inclusion of Cumberland Blues is a minor highlight of a daily average at best 1st set. China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider > Women Are Smarter is easily the most interesting playing of the show so far. The jam which is quite short after He’s Gone is the most promising playing so far but it stops too quickly and unfolds into the percussion Jam. Saint Of Circumstance is pretty decent! The jam section after the drums is the best and most creative playing this show has to offer. Not Fade Away is done a little longer than usual and is a bit better than average. Nothing much after this. I am somewhat perplexed that I have always remembered this show as the best of the 3. |
