Dick's ReviewThe 1st set is pretty good but without any clear highlights. China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider is the most exciting thing so far but not as fine as the versions from 5/10 and 5/12. There is a short jam section after He’s Gone which is mostly concerned with setting up the other one and it isn’t nearly as thrilling as most versions of this transition. The 2nd jam section is pretty nice but doesn’t develop anything meaty all the while playing with the theme of The Other One. Just before we are formally in the percussion jam, Brent jams exceptionally well with just he and the drummers. Although it is only for a couple minutes, it is one of the more interesting aspects of this show. The percussion jam is below average and the following jam section has a nice uptempo flow to it and hits of excitement to come but before you know it we are dropping down to Black Peter which is pretty uneventful at best. But Sugar Magnolia has lots of burning energy and is an exciting finish to a very good show. To cap things off we get a real surprise: Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad as an encore. They did it this night for Dan Healy’s father who died on this day
