| Dick's Review | The quality is pretty similar to 5/29 and 5/30. I expect that this show and the previous two will get axed since I need some blanks for new stuff! The 1st set is actually fairly inspiring. Each tune is performed a bit above average with a few exceptional renditions. Feels like a very good show so far! The second set continues the above average intensity of this show with Wharf Rat being very intense and thrilling. The best playing so far. The Other One is as usual short but it is on fire, blistering. Looks like I won’t be erasing this show! A very nice finishing 3 tunes although not in the caliber of a Thunder Skull Award that usually marks a great show and finish. The two encores should be fairly indicative of how exciting this show was. |
