Dick's Review | The performance is quite similar to 10-29-77 with the 1st set having more than adequate versions of each tune but nothing standing out too much. Things stay pretty much the same until He’s Gone which is drawn out in a very thrilling manner. The music almost qualifies as a jam because it is so atypical of the way they normally do this tune. Everything after this is good but not great as in a show that gets a Lightning Skull Award. Not Fade Away is pretty exciting but again nothing like some of the great versions: 3-18-77, 5-8-77, 5-7-79, 1-1-79 and too many more torember right now! | |
