Dick's Review | Right away there is something extra special about this show. Garcia seems relentless in his pursuit to deliver awesome solos. Again, the quality is flawless and the performance is really fine. I don’t know whether it is the quality of the recording or the versions themselves but I had a difficult time not putting a red star by each song. Eyes Of The World has a fairly unusual twist near the end, featuring Phil that is especially nice. If I Had My Way (Samson And Delilah) is also done with gusto. The Other One is one of the more exciting ones, although not as good as the 10/15/76 - Shrine show | |
