Dick's Review | The crowd is especially excited on this show and it makes for another great performance. Although it is hard to imagine a significantly better 1st set than 5-6-78. This show is that much better! Weir plays slide on several tunes and generally speaking every tune is as exciting as shit. I think I finally found a Brown Eyed Women that I’m satisfied with!! In The Music Never Stopped they go into a jam that is oh so reminiscent of a special part of “The Anthem.” I don’t think the 2nd set was as much a mindblow as the 1st but it still ranks high on my list of favorite 2nd sets. In fact this show just might be one of the best in the last two years, |
