Dick's ReviewThis show starts out very hot with one of your better versions of Jack Straw. Tasty keyboard work on Jack A Roe (Jack A Rogue). Tennessee Jed has some exceptional playing on it with Phil sounding very prominent. The Music Never Stopped is one of the more thrilling versions and closes the best 1st set from these 3 Denver shows. Terrapin Station is average and Playin' In The Band is just a little bit more interesting. The percussion jam is quite long but uneventful. The jam section is kind of laid back and spacey. Not Fade Away is a surprise since they played it on 8/12/79 but it is also pretty tame compared to almost any other version that I can think of. Stella Blue is pretty nice but ends before it would become something special. Good Lovin' is a nice surprise closer but the rendition is less than inspiring. I finally get an encore comprised of my two least favorite tunes!

Dick's 2nd ReviewI really like the way Passenger rambles along. I was wrong about Playin' In The Band being pretty average. I find that it builds to an intense space before easing into the percussion jam. One last thing: Stella Blue is very satisfying
