Dick's Review | The 1st set is not much in fact it is one of the shows in Dead history that I would regard as the equivalent of a normal or average 1st set. Everything sounds OK but nothing stands out! But everything changes once the 2nd set begins. Estimated Prophet > Eyes Of The World is as good as you want to hear it and Good Lovin' makes up for the rest of it, in terms of an outstanding 2nd set. Not to mention a very nice rendition of Stella Blue with a very fine flow into a superb Franklin’s Tower. Around And Around is very nice! |
